Sea Cliff offers a unique combination of four things that should be perceived as tremendously valuable to any buyer considering a tour of Sea Cliff:

1)  Mature landscaping.  You could not replace the landscaping in Sea Cliff if you had all the money in the world.  The sophisticated palette of trees, plants and shrubs selected by the developer have grown up and provide a spectacular display of verdant opulence.

2)  Space and privacy.  Sea Cliff takes up 80 hilltop acres.  If you are from farm country you may not bat an eye at the 80 acres but when you are living on the coast it is a phenomenally large piece of property.

4)  Large number of units.  The smaller the number of units the more things cost to repair and replace for each owner.  As with any HOA property a consistent preventative maintenance plan is imperative to sustained financial operability.  It is important to know that living near the coast requires more maintenance to south and west facing walls, roofs, and other building elements as they are constantly berated by sun and moisture-laden air.  Electing a fiscally conservative and strong HOA Board is critical to taking action when repairs need to me made.
